Microsoft has introduced an exciting new update to the Teams app available on Windows 11. This has brought a new and better planning experience. The Planner app, formerly known as 'Task Planner & To Do'. It has now been redesigned and will nppear in the Teams public preview as 'Microsoft Planner'.

The new Planner offers a streamlined and faster user experience with simplified navigation in the app. It is divided into three main sections. My Day, My Tasks, and My Plans. So that all your tasks and projects can be managed in a very easy way.

Microsoft has included some special updates of Windows 11 Build 22635.3420 and update KB5035942 or Moment 5 in March. But the update of the Teams app is also related to March. One of the many simple features of which is the "My Tasks" view. Which provides the facility to view and manage all your tasks from different sources. That includes functions on basic plans, premium plans, loop functions, team meeting notes functions, and even flagged emails. Quickly find files with filter and search capabilities.

There is a view of "My Plans" available on this. It allows you to simplify all your to-do lists, planner plans, and projects. It is also easy to navigate.

'Copilot AI' support is available on the Premium Teams App

If we talk about a more premium Teams app, it provides you with advanced features. This new planner also offers premium plans. These plans are provided with a range of powerful tools. Apart from all these, which include Sprint Planning, Goals view, People view, Timeline view with dependencies, Custom fields, and much more.

Apart from all this, the premium plans also allow users to try out the new CoPilot AI. This will make your work even easier.
